The contact owns a 2013 Acura Ilx. When the contact attempted to enter the vehicle, the front driver side door failed to open. While driving various speeds, the doors failed to lock automatically. The vehicle was taken to Acura of lynnwood (21515 wa-99, lynnwood, wa 98036, (855) 693-2564) where it was diagnosed that the front driver's door lock actuator needed to be replaced. The vehicle was repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure and informed the contact that the VIN was not included in a recall. The approximate failure mileage was 27,229.
