On July 05/2017 we purchased brand new 2017 Acura MDX from Acura Downtown in Toronto Unfortunately for us, we ended with the vehicle with the faulty rear suspension right from the manufacture. The ride was rough ,clunky and far less comfortable than our old 2010 Chevy Equinox. My wife did refused to drive it and the vehicle was parked in our garage for two months before I have found on the internet that I am not alone with this problem. That is not what we have expected from high quality luxury and expensive vehicle straight from the factory and that led us to questioning of purchase of Acura for almost $60 000 CAD. We were just an inches from decision of cutting our loses and getting rid of it. Fortunately we took our Acura to Acura of Barrie and they took care of this problem to some degree but it is still not very comfortable ride at low speeds. Nevertheless, it is very disappointing of Acura to produce and sell faulty vehicles right from assembly line. After a month or two we had enough and got rid of it at financial loss. I am still not very convinced it was "luxury vehicle" ridelike and can not understand why people buy it as luxury. If I want shake and damage my kidney I will drive 2017 Acura MDX.
