Took my V6 TLX in today as the air circulation was very loud above the console when the air flow was in "floor" mode. When I showed it to the service guy, they agreed it was very loud and shouldn't be like that, but after they tested out all other models in their shop, they said they all sounded the same. My car could not keep a consistent temperature when in "auto" mode and set at 75 degrees. My loaner TSX from today worked great when on auto and set to 71 degrees. There's something wrong with this system and they say just because the rest are doing it, there's nothing that can be done. Very disappointing since I've only had the car for 3 months.
