For what is supposed to be a technologically advanced vehicle (Vorsprung durch Technik) - the Nav system on this vehicle is extremely backward. I have heard all the excuses - like the vehicle is built for the European market - well then don't sell 2nd grade stuff in the US! Now to get the system updated I have to fork out more than $200 to put it in a state it should've been when I bought the car. Have been asking for updates since I purchased the car and was originally told that this was free. Now all are backing off from this - both the dealer and Audi. It really is embarrassing when a passenger takes out their smartphone and puts it on the dash and says "Hey use this!". Clearly the Nav system on the A5 from 2011 was an absolute embarrassment for Audi but they do not even have the decency to offer to improve it!
