Wet roads, acceleration up hill, car slid over hill crashed into several trees, restrained fs passenger with severe bone, soft tissue and nerve damage. No airbag deployment, question of seatbelt failure. Statute soon to expire, manufacturer will not respond re:testing possible faulty parts.
