Audi A-6, 2000, wet road conditions, aproximately 36 degrees, steep hill car slid off road, down embankment front/side crash no airbag deployment and question of seatbelt failure restrained fs passenger with comminuted, segmental humerus fracture, nerve and soft tissue damage car sat in garage for 10 months, Audi refused to respond to correspondance about possible failure of vehicle.
