Myself Pankaj Khemka and I own an Audi A6. This vehicle doesn't have appropriate spare wheel which is supposed to be used in emergency. Spare wheel provided is slightly smaller and doesn't match to its regular wheels which leads in lower speed. More over flat tire can't get fitted in designated space for spare wheel so it create real mess. Flat tire remains unfitted and covers all space in boot which result in shifting whole luggage to front sheets. It is a real discomfort and hassle. It should be having similar spare wheel like any other car which can exactly replace the flat tire and vice versa. I found it a big manufacturing fault and it challenge your comfort and peace of mind. No one buys car like Audi for economical driving or slightly extra boot space. But it suppose to give us comfort, class and time saving. But I think AUDI A6 fails completely to do so specially at the time of flat tire or bust.
I want to know the legal status as customer to get replacement for AUDI A6 or refund. Please guide and help us.
