I purchased a $43,000 dollar Q5 and have such horrible service. Every time I put down the windows, there is a horrible squeal. This window squeal/screech is so irritating. I purchased the Q5 at the only dealership (Checkered Flag Audi) that was in the area.
I have received nothing but poor service. When I first brought it in to Checkered Flag Audi in Va Beach, the service guy said it's normal and had the tech grease the rubber tracks. Since then, a whole year later, I still have the same problem. Now the same service guy says the window has dirt on it, and that's why its making the noise. The third time I took it there(clean), he said it was too clean and it's a normal sound. It makes noise even when it's raining outside.
