Q5 3T V6

  • Automatic transmission
  • 2,500 miles

I try not to drive the car at all. It is my favorite looking car and seems to drive fast, turn well etc. But it hurts my back so bad after driving it that I want to cry. I drive other cars and no problems. I will never buy an Audi again. It was my dream car and it is a nightmare. I have complained to Audi and they do nothing. They don't care. Maybe it it just doesn't fit me, but I had horrible squeaky brakes for eight months before they finally did something. Audi does not have my vote on customer service at the corporate level for caring at all about their customers. The service centers are good, but their hands are tied and they pretty much tell you just that!

Done! moving on!

I have had my car for a year and a half and didnt realize it was the car that was aggravating my back. After traveling alot and renting cars and even switching cars for two weeks at home, I have realized that I only have the back pain when driving the car. It is so annoying since I love the look, the feel, the speed and quickness of the car. It just kills my back after 20 minutes into my ride. It takes a day or to to relieve the pain, if I drive a different car.
