quick brake,quick acceleration = trouble
A quick brake, followed by quick acceleration leads to bucking and remaining revved up upon acceleration, and lunging forward while braking. After numerous occurrences almost ending in accidents, the dealershipS still state there are no issues. I researched and found that others had the same issue and had their mechatronics unit replaced. Two NY Dealerships refused to replace it, issue remains a safety hazard.

BUYER BEWARE: after abruptly hitting brakes then gas, vehicle would remain revved up, and when applying brakes, would buck and lunge forward. Mechanic: "Defective mechatronics unit, requires replacement". The only way to fix it was to shut the car off and start again. Almost caused 5 accidents. West Islip Audi 251 sunrise hwy west islip ny 11795, REFUSED to replace unit, while under warranty, while under lease. DANGEROUS. At the end of lease, with the continued refusal of audi to replace unit, and flat out lying to my face, I did not purchase the defective vehicle, lost the money and A4 trade in, and after being a customer of audi for over 10 years, I left the criminal Voltswagon manufacturer, and am repulsed every time I see their logo.
