in the morning, on starting up the engine makes clicking and clacking noises, won't rev over 2000 rpm and will continue making those noises until it warms up. after it warms up it will be OK until the following morning when it will repeat the noises until it warms up. Other blogs have suggested replacing the camshaft position sensor which I have done but it did not correct the problem. Can you help?
