My battery completely died the other day driving down the interstate. The car completely shut down without much warning. All the electrical items, computer, warning lights, transmission, all reported errors just moments before the engine shut down at a high rate of speed. I could have been killed! Cars were traveling at a high rate of speed as I was forced to stop in the middle of the road and pray I could guide it to the shoulder before the momentum of the car died. I got a jump from the DOT truck and made it another 1 mile before the same thing happened. This time I was off the interstate and under an overpass in the dark. My vehicle is black and that made it even more difficult to see it stalled in the dark. I had to quickly escape the vehicle as other cars swerved in attempt to miss my stalled crap. This scared the living $@#& out of me. I could have been killed. This is a serious safety issue. The car was immobile. I could not get it in neutral to get it out of the traffic. I have no idea what is causing this issue. I've replaced the battery and it still occurred.
