The contact owns a 2006 BMW 525 I. the contact stated that the rear window seal that holds the rear window in place was dried and cracked. As a result, the seal began to detach from the window. The dealer stated that the contact would have to pay $350 plus tax for the repair. The manufacturer stated that they would investigate the failure and call the contact back later in the week. No calls had been received to date. The current and failure mileages were less than 79,954. Updated 07/08/09 updated 07/08/09.
