I have a BMW X1 with an annoying problem. After cleaning my, windows, dash and instrument cluster with Windex which I regularly do every month; my instrument cluster fogged up over the tachometer section, and has never cleared in more than two weeks even when driving more than 2000 miles with the heater on.
