My real issue with this BMW, is the HORRIBLE customer service from BMW Mt. Kisco. After being told in 2015 I was getting a BMW CPO car, (after 3 weeks) the day before I get the car, I get a call stating the oil changes were not done on time, or documented so it is no longer CPO. "To make up for it" they had to lower cost of car to make up for interest rate, and give me BMW warranty." Customer services from Jack, Sales Rep, was horrible. Fast forward 2 years later, I have an issue with back up camera , I bring the car into Hartford, and I am told there is no warranty on file. After going home, setting up 2nd visit, I am told BMW Mt. Kisco NEVER processed the warranty. Manager of Hartford calls for 2 weeks, left messages for Keith and GM, and never gets a call back. After I call BMW MT. Kisco, I am told by "keith" very rudely he never got a call from Hartford (he did not know I had his name a week prior), and was told we are not starting our conversation off this way. I left a complaint with BMW USA. Months later, I still have an issue with sensor/back up camera, with no solutions, and am waiting to find out why it was not processed.

DO NOT buy a car from BMW Mt. Kisco.

I also had issues with windshield washer fluid in winter from freezing, I was told from BMW it must not have gotten correct fluid at some time.

Customer services is horrible. I did not buy a BMW, for this type of service.
