The reason why you don't see many reports for the BMWX5 is that there are too many car related issues to fill out a separate form for each one!. Power steering failure, blower motors(2), final stage resistors (3) half axle shafts, oil separators, broken door handles, replaced the central locking mechanism, wheel bearings wiper motors, HID Headlights/taillights. Navigation System after the warranty ended. BMW wanted $3300 for that piece of crap. I use my iphone instead!. Best driving SUV I ever owned, worst reliability ever encountered. Had it not been for the warranty I would ave easily racked up $16,000 in repairs over 3 years. came with a 50,000 mi full warranty that I utilized on a least 26 different occasion.
