Heat was working fine, then noticed unless it was turned to highest heat the air coming from vents is only lukewarm or even cool. Heater control valve malfunctions. It is located in the engine compartment. It controls the flow of rad fluid into the heater core. cheaper on ebay to buy than the dealer. After googling a short time, it seems this is a very common problem with these cars
