X5 4.4L

  • Automatic transmission

BMW X5 2007-2010 were recalled for the same issue, other 2006 Cars with the same engines were recalled but not X5. Ridiculous.

While driving slowly with your foot on the brake, unless you push one time quickly the brake booster leaks, so your brake pedal starts to push the opposite way and tends to fight you to stop the vehicle. Or at a complete stop like at a light all of a sudden you feel like the brake pedal is pushing up and then the car just starts to drive. VERY DANGEROUS. Problem is the brake booster gets oil in it somehow and causes this problem. BMW knows about it and does nothing, wait till someone dies BMW.
