I have a 2012 X5 xdrive and I noticed that there is a slight vibration as I'm turning. Come to find out, the transfer case is about to go and to replace it it would cost a whopping $4000 and that's with BMW covering only 20% of the repair. This make me really angry because I drive the truck like an old man and still sh*t break on me. I'm also disappointed that BMW won't own up to this issue. I have a buddy with a 2013 X6 and has the same issue but luckily he was covered and under the 50k. Why isn't there a recall of some sort that will replace this? This may be the last BMW I ever purchase and I've had several before.
