The LCD NAV Display scratches way to easy, simply by just wiping it off with a napkin. Of course, I didn't realize this until after the damage was done. The dark film that covers the LCD rubs off with little more than a light touch by any object. Of course, BMW has no fix or solution for this. Terrible workmanship. Lousy display for a vehicle that cost over $50K.
