Every time this issue was taken to the dealership, I was told I was the only one with this problem (wrong) and they were 'unable to duplicate the problem'. After one and half years I am tired of this issue not concerning anyone, I have now acquired a Buick person to help try to resolve this issue.
I am tired of the popping noises, radio stopping, dvd's stopping, and when navigation is talking, you loose directions for a few seconds. I have not understood why the problem was not fixed originally when I complained, because now it seems someone has decided it is the amplifier in the radio. I have complained, complained and complained until I got someone from Buick to help me. I LOVE my Buick..the sound system sucks! AND there are multiple problems from 2008 forward about the Enclaves radio problems. WHY does it have to be so difficult??? I bought a new Buick, first year, and I now have over 50,000 miles on my car...so me and the radio spend lots of quality time together..why won't they listen to me????
