every stop that this car makes the motor shuts off supposely to save gas. in the daytime no problem but almost got hit tonight. when engine nearly shuts off headlights dim, them when I am ready to go lights go bright again. other cars at the 4way stop think I am giving them the ok to go so almost got hit. With driver of other car yelling why did I flick my lights to him if not giving him right of way. my husband has since day one complained to the dealer about this. I usually only drive in daytime till tonight and I see what he means.dealer said it is suppose to save gas but only getting 24 mpg driving to pittsburgh .Love this car but husband hates it mostly due to this shutting off deal. since I have stage 4 cancer only bought it as I fell in love with it. I am sure when I pass another car will be in our garage.Dealer said it can not be disconnected or it should be as this car is dangerous when lights dim. Was told I would get great milage with this car and that is my only problem with it till tonight
