Summary
Rear Air Conditioning Inoperative, Blowing Warm Air Condition Some customers may comment that the 2nd row / rear HVAC blows warm air when air conditioning is commanded Cause - This condition may be caused by the auxiliary temperature valve, internal to the A/C distributor case, being fractured. Note: The technician may find the pivot for the temperature valve has pulled away from the actuator motor (2). Verify if the temperature valve is working properly: • If it has been validated that the rear A/C does blow warm, replace the A/C distributor case. • If the temperature valve has been found to be working correctly, refer to SI for further diagnostics.
