My 2013 Buick Lacrosse won't start after filling the gas tank. The engine won't turn over. I had to get a jump to start the car. I thought it was the battery but when I took it in for replacement, the battery tested good. The car has low mileage, somewhere around 58000 so this shouldn't be happening. I would like to find out what the problem is and how to get the dealer to fix it for free. This is an issue for Recall. How can I get the company to recall this issue?
