Lucerne CXL 3800

Bought this car on 8/12/2014 from Tennyson Chevrolet in Livonia MI, by September 8th the rear coil spring broke in half. I got that fixed. Then on September 7, 2014 the power steering line starts leaking. Took it to mechanic to get fixed and heard noise from transmission. Shop said the transmission would need to be fixed. Attempted to get car home and transmission went completed out and all the wheels are locked up despite the engine running and able to move the shifter thru all the gears.

No help from dealership yet. They say they will call, they don't. They say they are going to tow the vehicle in and diagnose, they never show up and they never call. What to do??
