Oh where to begin....star (not me) decides he needs wants is entitled to three lanes....I turn left up into my lane, he is in the second lane as he turns from his right, he decides that two lanes plus mine are his, he cuts me off, slows down, practically stops. I am at safe car length behind his vehicle, don't hit his vehicle as I steer out from behind him...steering wheel rolls fast, violently to right then left straight ahead to right at diagonal into brick wall.....

Cops report on my sister's one car crash. Thursday morning March 31, 2006. She just dropped her son off at daycare and was on her way to see my new born baby girl who was born on Easter Sunday that year! She was on a straight county road speed limit 45, sunny out, no cars, around temp 75 degree, not a cloud in the sky. I complained about her steering on March 30th, 2005 and she said she has been dealing with it for a while and was going to go get it checked out!!

Deputy Aamot Police report: I examined the skid marks on 128th street. From the skid marks we were able to determine Mceachern was traveling southbound on 128th street. Mceachern drove onto the right shoulder of 128th street just prior to the driveway located at 27926 128th street. Mceachern's vehicle struck the mailbox at 27926 128th street. It appeared that Mceachern over corrected and began to slid sideways across 128th street. Mceachern's vehicle slid sideways into the mailboxes located at 27735 128th street. After Mceachern's vehicle struck the mail box it began to slide up on both of the passenger side tires before the vehicle could roll completely over. It struck the trees located on the east side of 128th street just south of the driveway at 27735 128th street. The Mceachern majority of the damage to the vehicle that Mceachern was to the passenger side roof area. No air bag went off. Mceachern was air lifted, she was breathing on her own but had severe head damage. I made contact with the hospital and the spokes person told me Mceachern died at the hospital from the injuries she received in the accident. I then made phone contact with trooper Jerome Feigum sp158. Trooper Feigum stated they normally do not do accident Reconstruction on single motor vehicle fatalities. Trooper Feigum stated he would travel to the accident scene and look at the evidence. Trooper Feigum advised me he would complete a report on what he observed. He stated he would contact an accident reconstruction if he felt it was necessary. Trooper Feigum stated he would forward a copy of his report to the sheriff's dept upon completion . It was never done. End of the report.

All we got was she hit mail box and rolled car and died. I am pissed because I know it was GM's product that got sweep further under the rug, so so mad..
