Summary
A STALL AND/OR NO CRANK, NO START CONDITION AFTER THE WIPERS ARE USED. THE SERVICE ENGINE SOON LIGHT MAY OR MAY NOT BE ILLUMINATED AND THE CUSTOMER MAY REPORT OTHER PROBLEMS WITH THE CRUISE CONTROL SYSTEM. A TECH 2 DIAGNOSTIC PROBE WILL FIND NUMEROUS DTCS WHICH COULD INCLUDE P0608 CRUISE CONTROL, C0460, C0461 STEERING WHEEL SENSOR CODES, AND POSSIBLY A NO COMMUNICATION ISSUE WITH THE PCM. ENGINEERING HAS DETERMINED THE WIPER MOTOR CRANK ARM IS CONTACTING THE UBEC WIRING HARNESS AND CUTTING THE WIRES. *TT
