Grossing Cadillac insisted that I had been in an accident, as if I would not remember same. They refused to honor the all inclusive 50000 mile warranty and placed all the expense on me. The car was in the shop for over two weeks, tho they did provide me a loaner. Car would not turn without great difficulty, so I had no choice but to fix it.
