We purchased a 99 Escalade Cadillac under a misleading assumption of condition of vehicle. The vehicle immediately had severe vibration in steering and suspension while driving between the speeds of 60 - 85 mph. The vehicle was immediately returned to the GM dealer several times for repairs. 12+ sets of tires were replaced in just one day. There final statement was that all the Goodyear tires designed for this vehicle would not align up. A new transmission was replaced. The brakes were replaced and repaired several times. The body electrical was repaired. The engine electrical was repaired. Door panels (left & right) were replaced. The forward seats, console & dash was replaced. Brakes failed several times and are currently bad. Major vibration and shaking from day one may, 1, 2001. The vehicle vibrates during high rate of speeds. This vehicle is very dangerous and is unsafe. GMC has been contacted by our attourneys. I have had several conversations with ms [xxx], GM attourney. The cbbb has filed 2 cases against GM resulting with still no answers or fair settlements. The brakes, tires, suspension and unknown problems still exist. The vehicle is currently at the dealers again being repaired for brakes, rotors, vibration, tires and alignment and suspension problems. What do we do"?" we have no help but are still driving a very dangerous top of the line vehicle. We have purchased several vehicles from GM over the past 15 years. GM will not and cannot repair this vehicle. Breach of warranty. We are currently filing suit against fender Cadillac and General Motors. Please respond. Please help. Any info would be greatly appreciated from my 8 month pregnant wife, my daughter, my son and myself. Thank you. Sincerely at [xxx]. Shortly after purchase we traveled to Florida, we could not control our vehicle at speeds in excess of 50 mph. Flordia dealer..demitt caddliac of clearwater Florida stated the front end was not aligned and adjusted same. It was not done properly and we cut our vacation short to return our vehicle to be serviced at the dealership of purchase. They realigned same as it wasn't done right in Florida. Cadallic also re imbursed all our travel expense of $380. Two months later after another extended sustained high speed road trip we noticed the front end was not right again. Again back to the dealer..another front end adjustment and tire replacement due to misalignment. Another road trip at sustained speeds a couple months later the front end problem re occured. They alighned same again and when asked why it does not say in alighenment they said "we don't know". we are in our 50's..do not drive off road..no potholes..no curbs. Defect shows on long trips at sustained high speeds of 60 to 80 mph. All this is recorded at the Florida dealership and the woodbury dealership.

While driving the vehicle it pulled to left unexpectedly. This may result in a crash. Been to dealer 5 times. Dealer could not determine the cause of the problem. Currently, dealer said it was the charateristic of the vehicle.
