The contact owns a 2004 Cadillac Srx. The contact stated that a tire blew out causing the vehicle to spin out of control and crash. The air bags failed to deploy. A police report was filed and one injury was reported that did not require medical attention. The vehicle was destroyed. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was 120,000.
