I had 3 Grandkids, my dog and a 6 week old kitten in the car when the air conditioner stopped cooling. It was 100 degrees outside. I called onstar, they connected me to my local dealership. I was told to turn the air conditioner off and roll down the windows. It was normal for this to happen. I am 60 years old and have lived in the south my whole life, owned several automobiles and have never encountered this problem during hot weather. I am VERY dissatisfied with the car. Who wants to pay $50,000+ for a car that the air conditioner quits cooling in hot weather????
