The exterior mirrors have to be adjusted each time the car is put in reverse and then back in drive. I have taken the vehicle to Red Nolan Cadillac on four different occasions and each time they have supposedly checked out the problem and said they could not find a problem that they could not duplicate the problem. We take the car and drive it a few miles and they mirrors appear to have a mind of their own, right mirror will move either up or down, the left mirror will do the same. Place the mirrors in the position that is needed to see the rear and sync, beep, beep, beep. Drive home park in the garage, back out and put it in drive and will have to adjust the mirror to proper position again, sync again, drive to work or wherever park, reverse and go through the same time again. We had a 2010 SRX and NO Problems, Had a 2014 XTS and NO Problem, Have a 2010 Yukon Denali NO Problems. HAS anyone else experienced this problem? My wife is so irritated she indicates she will Never purchase another Cadillac
