problem #2

Jan 292020

XTS Luxury

  • Automatic transmission
  • 73,000 miles

The cue system blinked out twice then automatically came back on on it’s own. The next day I parked the car to go in the store to get gas. Once done I go to start the car, and the car wouldn’t start and the Cue system was completely blacked out and no longer works.

XTS Platinum 3.2L

  • Automatic transmission
  • 21,150 miles

Car has only 21150 miles and the cue system is frozen leaving me without the gps system. The entire screen is useless and can't locate any radio stations on the cue screen. I understand that this is a common problem with the GM cue system. The cue system was a pain before the problem. Give me the old radio with the knobs and buttons. The same goes for the hvac system. Every time you need to change the heat, ac, radio etc you need to bring up the screen causing you more time moving your eyes off the road. Bad idea by GM in my opinion.
