I have 2016 XTS after 3 years I start notice my CUE screen appeared cracked or shattered and was unresponsive to touch. I called dealership and was told that my warranty just expired and I have to pay $1800. I don't have 1800 and I think - no, actually I know - GM knew this problem exists and didn't do anything about it.

I always buy new American Good thing our President like to talk and use twitter - I would like to ask him how he can sell American as the best product when GM knowingly sells the worst. Do we need to go Chinese, Mister President.

GM knows about this issue. The internet is full of complaints about this problem. If your Cue system screen has not failed it will. If it is out of warranty it will probably cost you $2500 or more for the repair.

CADILLAC SHAME ON YOU.
