i was driving to work and suddenly smoke started to come from my hood i barely was able to pull into a truck stop and when i looked at the front of my car it was covered in antifreeze it was shooting out of the grill like ol faithful all slashed up on my hood covering the front of my car and it was shooting steam like it was on fire. i called a friend to pick me up once i got back to work i called the dealer they said to bring it in i called my roadside assistant and got it towed to the dealer by 4 pm or so they call and state i need a new thermostat housing and the estimate cost 350.00 and i ask is this considered an engine part and they said yes so i call the corporate office and get passed to many different people after going through the automated system for 30 min then i was dropped into the voice mail of a person who is to be my district specialist and her voice mail states she is in the office somewhere but away from her desk and she will return my call within the next 24 to 48 hours leave a message

so thats where i am currently at waiting for a return call from my district specialist it has now been 24 hours so i guess she has decided to take the 48 hour response approach they suck their cars suck and i will never ever ever buy from they again because you know what i believe there are going to be more repairs in the future and i also believe this the third attempt to repair some of the same issues and that will mean my car will be qualified as a lemon under the lemon law and i will do my best to fight this because us little people are tierd of being stepped on and used as a door mat to cover their expense because they cant sell cars you would think due to the current economy they would put every effort into keeping the customers they have for future sales if i had a blow horn i would use it on the phone in their ear and say piss off because i got several of my friends to purchase the same car and i will now have to deal with them
