The consumer's vehicle was stopped to make a left turn when he was rear ended by another vehicle and caused the consumer to rear end another vehicle. Upon impact, neither of the frontal air bags deployed. The vehicle was towed to the dealership.

Consumer was driving vehicle when a deer ran out into the road, vehicle swerved to the right off the highway to avoid hitting the deer. Consumer pulled over to the right on gravel pavement, and the brakes locked up, and dual airbags didn't deploy. Consumer sustained head injuries.
