Evenflo express vision/ chase traditions forward facing booster with 5-pt harness. The problem occurs every time my child has been strapped into the seat, . the problem is that the right shoulder strap is overlapped on itself to secure it at a permanent length (making two straps on the R shoulder) and allow for the placement of the harness adjusted., the one strap that is not secured by the chest clip easily slides on and off of the children's shoulder.. I have tried everything to get this to work but when she moves just a little bit it falls right off of her shoulder. I have tightened it as tight as I can and it still seems to fall right off. I have also had it installed when I bought it and they had a hard time even getting it on and staying in place. They thought it was weird. I do worry this is not safe for anychild, please fix this issue with a new harness please. Tighten it from the front bottom would be so much easier. I I bought this booster child restraint on September 14,2013 from an Agency here in klamath falls Oregon.thank you.... the model number of my seat is 32921122 and the manufacture date is 06/03/2011.
