Blazer

I purchased a 2000 2wd Chevy Blazer. When it rains alot. When it rains I get a puddle in the back floor and it leaks all the way to the front of the vehicle. There should be some type of recall for this. I have to use the wet vac to clean this up every time. The other item when it rains is sometimes the Blazer will not even start. It is like if the car has to dry before it can start and stay on.
