Happened on a Friday evening, after service department closed at the dealership. Called early Saturday morning, was told there was no appts available but I could walk in with a guarantee of being service immediately. Told by Customer Service Rep to place a "garbage bag" over the window(s) until I'm able to get in for service. Was able to make an appointment that Monday. The service rep said the problem was that the switch that controls the windows simply worn out.
