Consumer received a recall notice for the 2000 Chevrolet Cavalier steering column recall, but the dealership by the consumer's school refuses to perform the recall repairs. This was a recall, where the steering column could burst into flames. Consumer need this fix, it is dangerous for driving in this condition.
