Cavalier 4-cyl

The contact owns a 2004 Chevrolet Cavalier. The windshield wiper motor and circuit board malfunctioned. Neither Chevrolet nor the dealership could understand why the dealer where she had the extended warranty will not correct the problem. The vehicle only has 39,000 miles on. The windshield wipers only worked intermittently. GM told her to contact NHTSA because there was no open recall. This problem has gradually worse. The vehicle will remain in the repair shop right until it will be fixed. She spoke to the supervisor about the extended warranty, and made it that if she picked up the car from repair shop then she would be responsible.
