In addition to several other electrical issues with this car, my AC/Heater doesn't run at speeds 1 and 3. If you set it to 1 or 3, it acts like it's not even on, despite the fact that speeds 2 and 4 work fine. Apparently this is related to a blown fuse, but I can't be bothered putting the money or effort into this car to fix it.
