problem #1

May 142009

Cobalt LS 2.2L 4 cyl

  • Automatic transmission
  • 22,000 miles

the cobalt was shaking violently and had a very rough time reaching 25000 rpms just to get out of the 1st gear. I replaced the ECU and it cost me 421 dollars but it only fixed the problem temporarily. That is why i have the 1st complaint which was a result of this problem. I am very dissappointed with chevy. I have received two letters from the chevy manufacturer one stating the ECU will malfunction, and another stating that MRA will crack in warm temperatures.
