problem #1

Jun 032009

Cobalt LT2 4 cyl

  • Automatic transmission
  • 90,000 miles

When the headlights are on bright and I use the right turn signal the headlights go off entirely. Obviously, this is quite dangerous since it always happens when I am turning in a completely unlit area. Doesn't happen all the time, just when the cars feels like it. When I took it to the dealer they could not reproduce the problem and said that my aftermarket remote start/alarm was the cause of the problem. I have only had the remote start a year and it has been happening for at least 3 years.
