I was leaving a gas station parking lot and as I started to accelerate I noticed a squeak coming from somewhere. I was just thinking it was the car in front of me because it was a beat up car anyway. He turned left and I turned right and I noticed the sound was still continuing. I then found out it was coming from my car. My first thought was great, another problem with my car. I had just got a water leak fixed a few weeks previous to this occurrence. The squeaking sound would occur everytime I would accelerate going straight or turning right, but mostly when I would turn right. Since then the problem has only gotten worse, it now does it when I am coasting. I had a friend look at and he mentioned it sounds like it's my bearings which would make since because it primarily does it whenever I turn the wheel to the right. It wasn't that bad at first but now it is just unbearable. I can turn my radio up so that I can't even hear a horn honk but I can still hear that damn "nail on chalkboard" sound. If anyone has any thoughts on what this could possibly be please drop me a comment. Thanks.
