It's happened not once, but twice, and GM Team was informed. Once missed a cyclist who could have been seriously injured with the flying hard roof top. Now I was told that the locking system is faulty and will be replaced under warranty but GM Agents refuse to replace the damaged hard roof top.
Have asked them that the roof should have an indicator/sensor incase not locked properly, same as the passenger door. GM should take better responsibility as mine is not the first complaint and seems that there are four or more same complaints with hard roof top. GM will only realize one when someone gets badly injured with hard roof flying wild in the air.................Really sad how complaints are handled.
