The contact owns a 2013 Chevrolet Cruze. After inserting the key in the ignition switch, the vehicle turned on independently. The contact mentioned that the transmission shifted independently from drive into neutral on multiple occasions. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The failure mileage was unknown. The VIN was not available. Mailed out 01/13/15
