Cruze N/A 1.8L

  • Automatic transmission
  • 74,000 miles

I own a 2013 Chevy Cruz that has been nothing but a problem since I bought it in 2016. First the alternator kept going bad. Car would let me sit. I think we finally have that issue straightened out. Now it has started with a weird issue of when I shut the car off with the key left in the off position, the car literally will start back up. It now does it almost every time I shut the car off. I am afraid it's going to start and run for hours someday. Was told my car was running with radio playing and low and behold it was.

Cruze LS

  • Automatic transmission
  • 43,000 miles

Every time I leave my keys in the car it tries to start itself. This is very annoying and I feel dangerous. Someone else said he spent over 600 dollars and they still didn't fix the problem. I feel the dealership should fix it free of charge before something more serious happens.

Cruze

  • Automatic transmission

When parked and turned off with the key in the ignition the car will intermittently try to start itself, turns the lights and radio on. Took to dealer for this and other problems. Six Hundred +dollars later the car still tries to start itself intermittingly. Would like to have this problem fixed but not paying to be the guinea pig..
