Cruze LTZ 1.4L>

  • Automatic transmission
  • 14,500 miles

Don't buy the Chevy Cruize until they recall the seat foam material and the shape of the seats, I have had a back ache everyday from driving the car. I had to physically rip out the lumbar extra foam from the seat back and found the foam to be very hard. Even though I did that the bottom of the seat is still so hard and uncomfortable!. I am waiting for the recall on this car or I am just going to sell it back to GM.

Cruze L 1.8L I4

  • Manual transmission
  • 2,005 miles

When I purchased the Cruze L, it had only 18 miles in the odometer, and the seats were a bit hard, i didn't pay too much attention, thinking it might need time to adjust, 2,000 miles later they are very uncomfortable on a long drive over 45 minutes.

Wish there was something GM could do! Overall the car is sound except this seats!

Cruze LTZ 1.4L Turbo

  • Automatic transmission
  • 100 miles

Just bought a 2015 Chevrolet Cruze a week ago... Unfortunately, found out after spending several hours driving it during the first week of ownership that the driver's seat is incredibly uncomfortable. The deep bucket seat is very narrow- only 10" across at the back base of the bucket. I am actually a fairly thin/average sized woman (~ 125 lbs), but have found that the bolsters on the sides of the bucket dig into the sides of my hips, and only get more uncomfortable with each mile driven. While I did test drive the Cruze multiple times prior to buying, most of those drives were done in cars with cloth seats while my purchased car has leather seats- this could partly account for why I didn't notice the problem earlier (cloth seats possibly had more "give")...

I'm at a loss to understand how GM could make seats this narrow (how do large men fit into this car at all??)....NOTE TO GM: PLEASE EVALUATE (AND CHANGE) THE SEATS IN THIS CAR FOR YOUR NEXT CRUZE UPDATE.
