Equinox LT 3.4L

The AC Keeps shutting on and off after just a couple of seconds, especially on long highway trips, dealer cant figure it out, anybody having the same problem. Also as soon as the AC is turned on the cooling fans on the engine immediatly start roaring even if the engine is stone cold
